TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Four Seasons Mobile RV Service ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the mobile RV repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services (collectively, "Services") we provide to you ("Customer," "you," or "your").

By scheduling an appointment or authorizing us to perform Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Mobile Services & Diagnostics

  • Service Area: We provide mobile services within a 60 radius of Lowell, Michigan. Locations outside this radius may incur additional mileage fees.

  • Diagnostic Fees: There is a minimum charge of the service call fee and one hour of labor, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the recommended repairs.

  • Estimates vs. Actual Costs: Any price estimate provided is a good-faith evaluation based on initially visible conditions. If we discover additional hidden damage or require extra parts once work begins, we will halt work and seek your authorization before proceeding with additional costs.

2. Customer Responsibilities & Site Conditions

To ensure the safety of our technicians and the efficiency of the repair, you agree to provide the following conditions at the service location:

  • Authority & Access: You warrant that you own the RV or have explicit legal authority from the owner to authorize repairs. You must provide our technicians with full access to the RV at the scheduled time.

  • Safe Environment: The RV must be parked on a flat, stable surface (concrete, asphalt, or firmly packed dirt) in a safe location where working is legally permitted. We reserve the right to refuse service if the location is deemed unsafe, illegal, or hazardous (e.g., busy highway shoulders, unstable mud).

  • Park/Campground Approvals: If your RV is located in an RV park, campground, or storage facility, it is your sole responsibility to ensure the facility allows outside mobile mechanics to perform work on the premises. Any fines or fees imposed by the facility are your responsibility.

  • Adult Presence: Unless prior agreement an adult (18 years or older) with authority to sign work orders and make decisions must be present during the service, or explicit alternative arrangements must be made in writing beforehand.

3. Weather & Environmental Delays

Because our work is performed outdoors or in exposed environments, our schedule is highly dependent on the weather. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment without liability if severe weather (including but not limited to heavy rain, lightning, extreme heat/cold, or high winds) compromises the safety of our technicians or the integrity of the repair (e.g., sealing a roof).

4. Payments, Fees, and Liens

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept [Cash, Credit Cards, Venmo, Check, etc.].

  • Special Order Parts: Parts that are non-stock or high-cost must be paid for in advance before we will order them. Special-order parts are generally non-refundable.

5. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

  • Workmanship Warranty: We warrant our labor for a period of 90 days from the date of service. If a repair fails due to faulty installation or workmanship within this window, we will correct it at no additional labor charge.

  • Parts Warranty: We do not manufacture parts. Any warranties on parts, appliances, or materials are strictly those provided by the manufacturer.

  • Pre-Existing Damage: Mobile RVs are subject to structural twisting, road vibrations, and water intrusion. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden rot, manufacturing defects, or secondary damage discovered during the course of repair.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our Services shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid us for those specific Services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost campground reservations, towing fees, hotel costs, or spoiled food).

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value our technicians' time and plan our routes carefully. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled window may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the service call fee.
